WEDway Radio - Walt Disney World and Disneyland Examined with some Disney History
Brothers, Matt and Nate Parrish discuss the history of Disney theme parks and the Walt Disney Co. In examining, we look at influences that shaped the company, including projects and eras, attractions and themed lands, including architectural styles, and inspiration behind many of the decisions that the Walt Disney Co. has made over the years.

Thanks for downloading WEDWay Radio, your show about Exploring the Disney Parks, Disney History and The Walt Disney Co.  This is Season 5, Episode 8 - Fantasyland 1.0, Part II of our Fantasyland Summer Series.

On this episode we take a look at Fantasyland during its first three decades.  Fantasyland probably changed the least between 1955 and 1983, but it is drastically different from the park we know today.  Listen along as we explore some of the early attractions that used to invite visitors, such as the Pirate Ship & Skull Rock, and the Fantasyland Autopia.  We also discuss some never built attractions such as the Old Mill, The Duck Bump and Peter Pan's Crocodile Aquarium.

Enjoy!
